Boone Hall Plantation is one of our favorite wedding venues here in Charleston, SC. Ben has been so blessed to capture many weddings there over the years. The beauty of an outdoor, live painting is that just like no two sunsets are ever the same … no wedding painting is ever the same! Ben has said before that he could paint the Avenue of Oaks 100 times and still feel inspired … the way the light and shadow come through the trees there is just a dream backdrop for a ceremony!
Winter Weddings in Charleston Call for Fur Boleros!
Needless to say, we were so excited that Hudson and Jason decided on a live ceremony painting! We love that they just had to include their adorable pups, too! Hudson was really excited to have the recessional moment captured as she and Hudson were walking down the aisle. And can we talk about her gown … and the bridesmaids wearing fur boleros! Our winters here in Charleston aren’t super cold, but these boleros were the perfect addition on a cool evening!
