We are so excited to share Delanie and Cole’s finished painting from their oceanfront Omni Hilton Head wedding! If you’ve followed Ben’s work over the years, you may know that the beach is one of Ben’s favorite subjects to paint! Anytime Ben has the opportunity to combine a coastal landscape with a live wedding painting, we honestly feel like it’s the best of Ben Keys!
Coastal Landscape Painting meets Live Wedding Painting
There are several truly amazing beach front resorts and properties along the East Coast that make for incredible beach weddings … and the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is one of them! The Shorehouse Pavilion located on the oceanside of the resort perfectly overlooks the beach and beautiful dunes! Like Delanie and Cole, couples can have that dream beach wedding without the fuss and unknowns of the sand and wind.
We were so excited that Delanie and Cole chose to capture their recessional moment just after their ceremony. This was a perfect moment to capture a lot of the oceanfront dunes, beach, and water in the background of their live wedding painting. In all honesty, this moment really captures what an Omni Hilton Head wedding is all about!
And oh my heavens, Delanie’s dress was a dream! Ben loved capturing the details of the lace and veil. Their day was so beautiful and Ben had so much fun creating their live wedding painting! Needless to say, we can’t wait for them to find the perfect place to style their finished painting!
