Corie and Tyler’s Magnolia Way Wedding, held in Eastover, SC, was overflowing with sweet Southern charm in every way! As a Charleston Live Wedding painter, Ben loves capturing historic architecture and the landscape we are so lucky to have with our South Carolina wedding venues like Magnolia Way! This newly renovated wedding venue is located not far from Columbia. The owners have thought of literally every detail you could imagine to make a perfect wedding day possible!
Planning Corie and Tyler’s Live Wedding Painting
The hardest part for Corie and Tyler was choosing which moment from their Magnolia Way wedding they wanted to have Ben capture as the subject for their live painting! We were so excited when they decided to have their ceremony first kiss painted! What made the decision difficult is that in real time, their ceremony faced the opposite direction. Corie really had her heart set on the painting including the details of the home and at the same time, knew the ceremony was the most important moment for their live painting. This is where we say the beauty of a live wedding painting is that it’s not a photo! Ben was able to flip the view around and paint the Magnolia Way venue as the backdrop of their ceremony!
Ben loved capturing the architecture of the home along with their full wedding party standing behind them! And oh my goodness, we loved the dusty blue details that Corie styled throughout their ceremony and reception details! The light blue bridesmaid dresses were so, so beautiful!
