Baltimore Live Wedding Painting at The Belvedere

Nhu & Michael’s Baltimore Live Wedding Painting at The Belvedere

March 22, 2024

This Baltimore Live wedding Painting Ben created for Nhu and Michael at The Belvedere is one for the books! We absolutely loved working with Nhu and absolutely knew their wedding day would be magical. They chose to have their reception painted inside the glamorous ballroom of The Belvedere! Ben was able to pull in some of their fabulous details and entertainment from the evening into their live wedding painting!

A Baltimore Live Wedding painting featuring the first dance, Chinese Dragon Dance, and the couple’s beloved Corgi!

We always say the beauty of a live wedding painting is Ben’s ability to merge several moments into one painting. (A photograph can’t even do this!) Even though Nhu and Michael’s first dance didn’t take place at the same time as the Chinese Dragon Dance, Ben was able to capture both … and it still feel like a realistic moment. We love the energy this brings to a painting, too, in being able to include multiple moments.

The Chinese Dragon Dance is truly an incredible guest experience at a wedding! And on top of that, we love the symbolic meaning of bringing luck and blessing to the couple! Ben had so much fun including this incredible cultural moment into their live painting!

And let’s be honest, pups are part of the family, too! Nhu and Michael were excited that they could also include their beloved Corgi in their live painting, too! (Who made multiple really fun appearances in the form of cut outs, and place settings, too!) It’s these details that mean so much to our couples and a joy for Ben to paint!

Though Ben has painted several times at The Belvedere, this was truly one of the most inspiring Baltimore Live Wedding Paintings that he’s made! We are so excited for Nhu and Michael to find the perfect place to style their painting in their home!
