Lowndes Grove Plantation
Charleston, SC
24 x 30 in. Canvas

Lowndes Grove is one of our absolute favorite wedding venues located here in Charleston, SC.  Located on the peninsula and close to the historic downtown district, it offers the historic charm paired with a gorgeous lowcountry landscape view.  It’s the best of both worlds, being both historic and waterfront!  Of course Ben loves capturing events here as you could create a painting from every angle and it would be gorgeous!  The challenge is often in picking a view!  In the past, most of our brides opt for holding their ceremony in front of the waterfront view with the beautiful Oak trees.  When it came time to plan Kim and Nick’s wedding, we were absolutely over-the-moon excited that their ceremony would take place in front of the historic plantation home.  Their unique ceremony set up allowed for Be to capture the gorgeous southern architecture as the backdrop for their live wedding painting!  Of course, we’ll always have a heart for the breathtaking marsh view, but there’s something really special about capturing the plantation home, too.  Francesca and Blake of Pure Luxe Bride absolutely created a dream wedding day for this amazing couple.  Literally, Ben could have a created a painting from every vantage point of their day!  Needless to say, we’re just thrilled to share Kim and Nick’s finished live wedding painting!
