A Mar-a-Lago Club wedding painting overflowing with Old World Glamour and Gold
We are beyond excited to share Alyssa and Anthony’s finished live painting from their Mar-a-Lago Club wedding in Palm Beach, FL. Ben painted for Alyssa’s sister’s wedding two years ago at The Greenbrier Resort. (It was absolutely magical – see their painting here!) When we got the call that Alyssa was engaged, we felt so honored that she also wanted to have Ben create a live painting! Both Alyssa and Alexis chose incredible beautiful ceremony backdrops for their live wedding paintings!
A Mar-a-Lago Wedding Ceremony inside the Grand Ballroom
Deciding on the subject of Alyssa and Anthony’s live wedding painting was an easy one! The Grand Ballroom is one of the most awe inspiring ballrooms we’ve seen in the United States. This ballroom is something you must experience because words here will fall short. The level of intricate, gold detail juxtaposed with the high ceilings and grand arched windows is beyond imagination. We love that Alyssa and Anthony chose the Grand Ballroom for their Mar-a-Lago wedding painting!
The two most important details for Alyssa and Anthony’s live painting was for Ben to capture the Architecture and details of Alyssa’s gown! We planned their live painting ahead to even determine how much of the ceiling and windows Ben would include in the painting. We also had Alyssa send us a sneak peek of her gown … which oh my heavens, it was such an old world glamour moment! Alyssa’s train especially was just a dream as it cascaded down the aisle. We loved the softness of the details in her gown paired with the structure of the architectural details of the Mar-a-Lago Club. The cherry tree floral installations there at the altar were also a genius design, adding another element of softness.
Ben was so excited to create this Mar-a-Lago wedding painting for Alyssa and Anthony. And what an absolute joy to celebrate with their family again!
