There’s truly nothing like a Greenbrier Wedding! Having vacationed at The Greenbrier Resort as a child, The Greenbrier Resort’s Cameo Ballroom is where where wedding dreams are born! Who doesn’t love a bright pink ballroom with the shiniest chandeliers imaginable! Needless to say, we were over the moon excited that Amber and Clifton chose Ben to create a live wedding painting … and then Covid happened.
That’s right Ben got Covid and this was the first ever wedding *out of hundreds!* that Ben wasn’t able to attend. Breaking this news to Amber, during the height of Covid, was one of the hardest phone calls that I have ever had to make! Ben LOVES painting Greenbrier weddings and Amber and Clifton were the first to choose a reception painting there in the Cameo Ballroom!
Overflowing with grace and understanding, Amber still had her heart set on Ben creating a wedding painting! And without skipping a beat, she and Clifton chose to have their wedding painting created from photos after the wedding.
Ben merged several photos together to create their wedding painting! Though Ben wasn’t there live, the finished painting feels like he actually was there! We are so happy to share their finished painting that holds so many emotions for us … beautiful ones!
